What is the cancellation policy?

Shine has no long-term commitments and you may cancel at any time. Our memberships are offered on a month to month basis (charged every 30 days) or can be purchased as an annual membership for a larger discount. Please note that if you purchased a Shine membership with discount pricing and later decide to cancel your membership, you will no longer receive the discount membership rate you previously had. You have the right to cancel this plan within 30 days after the effective date for a full refund, less a nominal processing fee. Customers in AR, TN and MD residents will be refunded processing fee as well). Such refund will be issued within 30 days of request.
